How to make fermented rice flour and jujube buns

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of making fermented glutinous rice flour and date steamed buns.

1. Prepare flour and fermented rice.

2. Prepare the ham, red dates, shallots and other auxiliary ingredients.

3. Pour the fermented glutinous rice into the flour and add appropriate amount of warm water.

4. Mix into shuttle noodles.

5. Knead into smooth dough.

6. Boil a bowl of water in the microwave, place the dough basin on the bowl, and put it in the microwave to ferment. When the water is cold, take out the basin, heat the water, put the basin back and continue fermenting.

7. The dough will double in size in about 2 hours.

8. Take out the dough and expel the air (because the fermentation time is short and the dough is not sour, no edible alkali is added).

9. Take 1/3 of the dough and make 4 sausage buns with ham sausage.

10. Roll 1/3 of the dough into a dough sheet, brush with oil and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

11. Made 4 steamed buns.

12. Use the remaining 1/3 of the dough to make 4 date buns. Let stand separately for 20 minutes.

13. Steam in a pot for 20 minutes, turn off the heat, simmer for a while and then take out.
