1. Prepare the materials.

2. Wash the pandan leaves, dry the surface moisture, and cut into small pieces.

3. Put a quarter of the pandan leaves into a food processor, add 70 grams of water and blend until completely crushed.

4. Pour out the blended pandan leaf juice, sift it through a strainer, and take out the juice.

5. Put another quarter of the pandan leaves into a food processor, add the juice you just filtered, and blend until completely crushed. Repeat the previous steps to beat the remaining pandan leaves and finally take out about 60 grams of juice.

6. Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it at room temperature, then add granulated sugar, powdered sugar and milk powder and mix well.

7. Beat the butter with a whisk at high speed until it expands in volume and becomes slightly lighter in color.

8. Add pandan leaf juice in 2-3 times and beat evenly with a whisk. Each time, wait until the butter and juice are completely blended before adding the next portion.

9. The whipped pandan butter paste has a light and fluffy texture.

10. Sift the low-gluten flour into the butter paste, and use a rubber spatula to mix the flour and butter paste to form a uniform cookie batter.

11. Choose a piping nozzle with a chrysanthemum head.

12. Put the piping nozzle into the piping bag, use scissors to cut a small hole at one end of the piping bag, and then extend the piping nozzle out of the small hole.

13. Put the mixed cookie batter into a piping bag.

14. Place a non-stick cloth on the baking tray and squeeze out the cookie batter. Put the squeezed cookies into the preheated oven and bake at 190℃ for about 10 minutes, until the surface is slightly yellow.

15. Heat and melt the white chocolate, then squeeze it into the middle of the pandan cookies to decorate.
