How to make sushi

We don’t have to eat all kinds of delicacies to get the nutrients our body needs. There are some ingredients that can be used to make delicious and nutritious dishes. For example, it is not difficult to make sushi, which suits the taste of many people and is a very good choice.

1. Cut carrots, cucumbers, ham and fried eggs into shreds

2. Prepare all the raw materials. Mix the rice with white vinegar, salt and sugar according to your taste.

3. Prepare the sushi curtain

4. Place a piece of nori on the sushi mat, and then place the rice on top, leaving a 0.5 cm gap around the edges. The rice should be spread flat and pressed tightly.

5. Spread a layer of Zhongjing mushroom sauce on the rice.

6. Sprinkle with meat floss

7. Spread the shredded cucumber, carrot, ham and egg on the pork floss, covering 1/3-1/2 of the area. Don't cover the entire area.

8. Use the sushi curtain to roll up from the side with more ingredients to the other side, and remove the curtain after rolling.

9. Use a sharp knife to cut the sushi roll into sections. Wipe the knife clean after each cut before continuing.
