How to stir-fry pork belly

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce you to the method of stir-fried pork belly.

1. Peel the pork belly and cut into thin slices. Slice the green onion, ginger and garlic. Cut the chili pepper into rings.

2. Cut the beauty pepper into horse ear shape, add one tablespoon of cooking wine, half a tablespoon of super fresh soy sauce, a quarter tablespoon of vinegar and a third tablespoon of sugar to make a sauce for later use.

3. Add a little oil to the pan, add the pork belly slices after the oil is hot, stir-fry over low heat until the fat starts to spit out oil and curl, and the lean meat starts to become crispy and fragrant, then serve.

4. Leave some oil in the pan, add the beauty pepper after the oil is hot and stir-fry until the water begins to evaporate and it becomes slightly soft.

5. Turn to high heat, add pork belly slices, onion, ginger, garlic, Sichuan pepper and chili pepper and mix well.

6. Add the sauce from step 2 and mix well. Add salt according to taste. Turn off the heat and add chicken essence and serve.
