How to make spicy pork floss sushi

When making spicy sauce and pork floss sushi, you need to prepare appropriate amounts of chopped green onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and chicken essence. 1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. I cut enough to make several batches.

2. Take out a bamboo mat for making sushi and place a piece of nori on it.

3. Use a spatula to put the rice onto the nori and spread it evenly, leaving about one centimeter of rice on the top so that they can stick together when rolling.

4. Apply Korean hot sauce (ignore the ugly look of mine because the hot sauce was frozen too hard in the refrigerator and it was difficult to apply evenly)

5. Put a pickled yellow radish strip at the bottom, then put an appropriate amount of shredded carrots and cucumbers, and finally put an appropriate amount of meat floss. Don't put too much of these things, otherwise it will be difficult to roll them together.

6. Lift the bamboo mat from the bottom corner and slowly roll it upwards. Press the sushi tightly while rolling it. Remember not to roll the bamboo mat in. After rolling everything, wrap the sushi roll with the bamboo mat like a newspaper and roll it a few more times to fix it so that they stick together and do not fall apart.

7. After they are fixed, use a knife to cut them into rolls of even thickness and place them on a plate.

8. Finally, squeeze some salad dressing on it and you can eat it. Isn’t it simple?
