How to make flip sakura sushi

1. Things used to make this sushi: sushi mat, nori, sushi knife, sushi vinegar, salad dressing, eggs, cucumber, daikon strips, ham, pork floss, wasabi, sakura powder, etc.

2. Cut the ham and cucumber into strips; spread the eggs into thin pancakes with slightly yellow sides. Cut the egg pancakes into strips, ham strips, cucumber strips and radish strips and place them on a plate (peel the cucumber skin if it is old)

3. Pour out the cherry blossom powder and meat floss for later use

4. Mix the rice with a small amount of sushi vinegar.

5. Place a piece of plastic wrap on the sushi curtain, put some seaweed, and spread the rice evenly. Leave a little space on one end of the seaweed

6. Switch the positions of the rice and seaweed, and turn the rice over so that it is next to the plastic wrap. As shown

7. Then put some rice on both sides of the nori, not too thick. Place ham, cucumber, and radish strips in the middle (as shown in the picture), and add some salad dressing and wasabi.

8. Add meat floss.

9. Fold the sushi curtain in half and squeeze both ends of the curtain together, but don't apply force in the middle.

10. Then open the sushi curtain and lay the plastic wrap flat again.

11. Sprinkle sakura powder on the rice, cut off the irregular ends with a knife, and then cut the sushi into small, even pieces.
