How to make pepper, carrot and egg fried rice

Although the food in restaurants outside tastes good, some of the seasonings added in it are not so healthy. Therefore, as long as conditions permit, it is still worth recommending to cook at home. Fried rice with peppers, carrots and eggs is simple to make and tastes delicious. It is a very popular dish.

1. Prepare a bowl of rice (it would be better if there is leftover rice).

2. Prepare eggs, carrots, peppers and celery.

3. Dice the pepper, celery and carrot.

4. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them.

5. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry carrots, celery and green peppers in turn.

6. Stir-fry until cooked and set aside.

7. Reheat the oil pan.

8. Lay the eggs loose.

9. Add rice and stir-fry.

10. Use a spatula to crush the rice noodles and stir evenly.

11. Add the fried carrots and peppers.

12. After stir-frying evenly, add a spoonful of MSG, stir well and turn off the heat. The flavor is salty and fresh enough, so there is no need to add other seasonings.

13. It comes out of the pot, smells delicious, and has both rice and vegetables, which saves a lot of trouble.
