How to make layered lamb pie

1. Chop the mutton into small pieces and add a small spoonful of pepper water. Chop for a few minutes to allow the pepper water to fully dissolve in the mutton filling.

2. Then put the chopped ginger and green onion into the bowl, add a spoonful of soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt and two spoonfuls of sesame oil and mix well.

9. When the dough is loose and comfortable, pinch about 50 grams of dough and squeeze it.

10. Roll it out with a rolling pin, and cut a large piece with a knife (cut on one side).

11. Then add the mutton filling, leaving one corner without the meat filling.

15. Finally, use the remaining meat filling to turn it up to form a triangle shape.

16. Pinch the edges, do not use a rolling pin, press gently with your hands

17. Press until it is less than one centimeter thick. Press on both sides so that the thickness of the skin on both sides is the same.

18. Put it in a preheated pan and fry it on low heat

19. Turn it over and cover the pot.

20. Bake until both sides are golden brown.

21. After cooking, place on a piece of oil-absorbing paper and cut (so that the panel will not be oily)

22. Open it and see the browned skin and the fragrant meat

23. The middle of the pancake is also very thin and soft, with meat on every layer. Each layer is thin and soft with meaty aroma.
