How to make mushroom and bamboo shoot meat pie

Some people may think that cooking at home is too complicated. In fact, it is not impossible to have a delicious and nutritious dinner at home as long as you master some simple recipes. It is easy to make mushroom, bamboo shoots and meat pie. Even if you don’t have a talent for cooking, you can still make delicious dishes for your family.

1. First, mix the salt and flour with your hands.

2. Add half of the water and stir (I usually use a large spoon to stir in this step to avoid getting my hands dirty)

3. Slowly add water and stir until there is almost no dry powder.

4. Take out the dough and knead it on the table with both hands until it becomes smooth. You can put it aside and cover it with a clean cloth to let it rise.

5. Now you can prepare the filling. Wash the ingredients and soak the mushrooms for half an hour in advance.

6. Chop mushrooms and bamboo shoots, dice onions

7. Boil a pot of water and blanch the bamboo shoots. To keep them crisp, blanch them for one minute and then remove them.

8. Heat the oil in the pan

9. Stir-fry the diced bamboo shoots and diced mushrooms over high heat to remove the moisture (this step will make the filling more fragrant)

10. I processed the minced pork a few more times and added some fish meat

11. Add the prepared side dishes, salt, sugar, cornstarch, oil, soy sauce, pepper and other seasonings, eggs, starch and stir. Note: Use chopsticks to stir continuously in one direction, while adding a small amount of water. When it becomes harder and harder to move, stir the meat filling until it becomes sticky.

12. After the dough has been kneaded for about ten minutes, knead it into a strip and divide it into 12 pieces.

13. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a thicker dough that is the size of your palm.

14. Wrap the meat filling and close it as shown in the picture.

17. Put some oil in the pan and heat it over high heat. Add the fillings.

18. Fry both sides over high heat until golden brown. Remember to shake the pan from time to time to prevent them from getting burnt. Then lower the heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for five minutes on each side.

19. Be careful not to break the meat when frying it, as there is a lot of juicy meat inside.

20. A bowl of light porridge is very satisfying
