Mutton steamed bun is made by adding mutton and other ingredients to pancakes (people in Kaifeng call it roasted buns), and then baked with mutton oil. Preparation method

Main ingredients: baked bun, minced mutton;

1. First, put water in a large pot on the fire and bring it to a boil. Mix flour and water into dough like dumplings, divide into small pieces and roll into pancakes;

2. After the water boils, put the pancakes into the pot and steam them in batches. After steaming, it becomes steamed bun, which is also a way to eat it. If you want to save trouble, you can buy it on the street;

3. Take a pancake and sprinkle the minced mutton, chopped green onion, salt and cumin evenly on it, then take another pancake and cover it on top;

4. Put a frying pan on the fire and pour in oil. When the oil is hot, fry the prepared pancake inside out. When both the front and the back are golden brown, fold it in the middle. [1]
