How to cook bitter melon and pork ribs

1. Cold water in the pot

9. Heat the wok again, add oil, add onion, ginger, and peppercorns and sauté until fragrant

10. Add the pork ribs and stir-fry over medium heat.

11. Stir-fry until the surface of the ribs is golden brown

12. Pour 2 spoons of soy sauce

13. Continue to stir fry until the ribs are evenly colored

14. Add 600 ml of water and put in hawthorn slices, bring to a boil over high heat

15. Stew on medium heat for 20 minutes

16. Add the blanched bitter melon cubes and simmer over medium heat for 7-10 minutes

17. Turn on high heat until the soup is dry.
