How to make steamed pancakes

It is relatively difficult to prepare a sumptuous dinner, but it is not difficult to make some home-cooked meals to satisfy the family. Steamed pancakes are simple to make and have high nutritional value, and are highly recommended.

1. Put the flour in a bowl

2. Boil the noodles in boiling water and stir until they become flocculent

3. Make it into a smooth dough

4. Roll into round strips

5. Cut into even-sized pieces

6. Press flat

7. Apply a little oil on the silicone mat and roll the dough into a thin pancake, the thinner the better

8. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Put a cloth on it.

9. Roll out a piece of cake and place it on the rolling pin. Turn the rolling pin to spread the cake on the curtain.

10. Roll the pancakes one by one and place them on the steamer, one on top of the other.

11. After all the dough is laid out, cover the pot and steam for 5 minutes.

12. Uncover the steamed cakes one by one

13. Serve

14. Roll up some shredded potatoes and pickled beans, and let’s eat!
