9. When the vegetables are stir-fried for about 1 minute, add a spoonful of bean paste and continue stir-frying.

10. After the water in the pot boils, add appropriate amount of noodles.

11. Cook the noodles until they are about 70% done, put them into an iron pan, add a small amount of salt and appropriate amount of thirteen spices, and stir-fry with the baby vegetables.

12. After the noodles are fried until fragrant, turn off the heat and serve on a plate. That’s it, the baby vegetable fried noodles are ready.
