1. Prepare the soup ingredients such as pork, lotus seeds, white fungus, red dates, fish maw, etc. and add them

2. Prepare fresh ribs and cut them into small pieces

3. Soak all the soup ingredients except fish maw in water for 20 minutes, then wash and set aside.

4. Soak the fish maw overnight. You can add two slices of ginger to remove the fishy smell. After soaking, blanch it in boiling water for five minutes, then rinse it with cold water and set aside.
