How to make soup noodles

The busy life makes many people be careless in diet, and they deal with their three meals a day casually, but they don’t know that this can easily lead to a sub-healthy state of the body. In fact, soup noodles are simple and delicious to make. It is a recommended home-cooked dish that you may as well eat often.

1. Add an egg to a bowl of flour and half a bowl of water and mix well.

2. Knead the dough into a smooth texture and let it rest for 20 minutes. Divide into four portions and roll them out. (You can also use a noodle machine to press directly)

3. I cut it a little thinner, it can be adjusted.

4. Blanch the rapeseed and add salt and oil to the pot.

5. Sprinkle with flour and set aside.

6. After processing the shrimp, marinate it with white pepper and cooking wine.

7. Cut the tomatoes into a cross shape and soak them in boiling water to peel them.

8. Stir-fry the minced ginger until fragrant.

9. Everything is ready.

10. Add diced tomatoes into the pan and fry until melted.

11. Add some soy sauce.

12. Add a ladle of water to the pot and add salt to taste.

13. Put the noodles and shrimp in and cook.

14. When it is almost cooked, add rapeseed and tomato slices (it is best not to put tomatoes on top, as they will easily fall apart.)

15. Let’s eat.

16. Very fresh.

Eating out frequently not only puts a burden on the stomach and intestines, but can also cause other diseases. Soup noodles are simple to make and can help regulate the body.
