10. Put the filling in the middle of the dough, pinch the edge, and then pinch a pleat on the left and the right, and pinch the pleats alternately.

11. Seal the mouth and a wheat ear bun is ready.

12. Wrap everything and let it rise for ten minutes

13. Boil water in a pot, put the buns in and steam for 20 minutes, then simmer for 3 minutes.
