How to make noodles

Many people may no longer have too many requirements for the quality of life due to the pressure of work. They often eat out casually. In fact, it is not difficult to treat yourself well. You just need to learn some simple dishes. The method of making mixed noodles is not difficult and most people can learn it easily.

1. Prepare minced beef, soak and clean mushrooms, chopped green onion and ginger

2. Chop mushrooms, prepare thin butter, soy sauce and salt

3. Wash and cut cucumber and carrot into strips

4. Put clean water in the pot, boil the water, add the shredded carrots and blanch for half a minute.

5. Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the chopped green onion and ginger, then add the minced beef and stir-fry the chopped spring onion.

6. Pour a little soy sauce and salt and stir well

7. Add chopped mushrooms and stir well

8. Pour in the thin yellow sauce and add 100 ml of warm water, fry on low heat for 5-10 minutes

9. When the soup becomes less, turn off the heat and add 2-3 drops of sesame oil to enhance the flavor.

10. Use warm water and hard noodles to make the dough, cover with plastic wrap and cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour

11. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough and add a little thin dough on top.

12. Then cut it into noodles with a knife and shake it loose, being careful not to cut your hands.

13. Put the noodles into boiling water, cook them and rinse with cold water

14. Place the noodles in a bowl and add the vegetable fillings. Pour the beef and mushroom sauce on top and mix well.

It is worthwhile to take some time to make some simple dishes yourself, which are not only delicious but also healthy. The method of mixed noodles is simple and suitable for busy office workers.
