Pumpkin and ham sausage rolls

For many female friends, they are very envious when they see others have good cooking skills. Today, just follow the editor to learn how to make pumpkin and ham sausage rolls, and your cooking skills will definitely improve! Let’s get started together with the editor below!

1. Steam 300g pumpkin, add Wangzai milk and sugar into a blender, blend into pumpkin puree, set aside.

2.1 After adding all the materials, start the dough fermentation function.

3.2 Pour pumpkin puree into the bread machine, then add 1000 grams of flour, dig a hole in the middle of the flour, and pour in 9 grams of yeast. (If you don’t have a bread machine, put the ingredients directly into a bowl and knead them into a smooth dough. Take an electric rice cooker and press the keep warm button. After about three minutes, turn off the power. Take a plate and put it into the insulated rice cooker, then put the kneaded dough into the plate, take a piece of plastic wrap to cover the dough, and cover the rice cooker. In summer, it usually takes 45 minutes for the fermentation to be completed. If it is fermented in winter, the time will be longer.)

4.1 Remove the casing from the ham sausage and cut it into two pieces. Set aside.

5.2 The bread machine enters the fermentation mode and covers the dough with plastic wrap to speed up the fermentation. The dough fermentation is completed in about 40 minutes.

6.1 After completing Figure 6, start making flower rolls. Divide the dough into appropriate small equal parts, roll them into long strips, and wrap the strips around the ham sausage. When wrapping, tighten them slightly.

7.2 After the dough has fermented, take it out and knead it with your hands for ten minutes to expel the gas from the dough.

8. Apply a little oil on the steaming rack, put the prepared ham sausage rolls in, and leave a larger gap when putting them in, so that the steamed rolls will not stick together due to fermentation. After putting them in, let them stand for 15 minutes to ferment again.

9. After 15 minutes, add cold water to the pot, turn on medium-high heat, and after the water boils, turn to low heat and steam for 15 minutes. Then turn off the heat. Steam for another 3 minutes, and it's done.

10. The finished product is soft and delicious.

After reading the editor’s introduction today, I think housewives no longer need to try to cook according to recipes. With the steps I mentioned, you can definitely make a delicious pumpkin and ham sausage roll for your family to enjoy!
