1. Slice the ginger. Wash and peel the radish and cut into small pieces for later use.

2. Cut the mutton into pieces and blanch it in boiling water to remove the blood and mutton smell.

3. Add oil to the pan, add appropriate amount of ginger slices and red yeast rice, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the mutton and stir-fry evenly.

4. After stir-frying the mutton slightly, pour the contents of the pot into the casserole. Add water and bring to a boil over high heat. Then add the white radish and continue to cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. Add salt.
