How to make egg baked rice

Busy work makes many people lose interest in cooking for themselves, and they just eat something outside every day to fill their stomachs. 1. Prepare the ingredients

3. Dice the vegetables, dice half of the cherry tomatoes and slice the other half

6. Beat the eggs and pour them evenly on the rice

8. Cover the pot and heat over medium-low heat for a while. Turn off the heat when the egg liquid on the surface is half solidified. The residual heat of the pot will bake the egg liquid.
