Vegetable burrito recipe

Vegetable burrito is a simple and easy dish to learn, and it is a must-have for office workers. It is a nutritious and delicious dish. If you are tired of eating in restaurants, you might as well cook it yourself and enjoy the delicious food.

1. Prepare ingredients: cabbage leaves, potatoes, onions, scallions, minced meat, eggs, flour, bean paste, soybean paste, and chili oil.

2. Cut the cabbage into long strips, cut the potatoes into shreds, and cut the onions into small pieces;

3. Beat the eggs into the flour and mix well, add appropriate amount of salt;

4. Add the following to the minced pork: chopped green onion, bean paste, cooking wine, salt, and grass fruit powder.

5. Boil water and cook the cabbage and shredded potatoes. Cook and set aside. (You can also stir-fry the cabbage and shredded potatoes, which will taste more fragrant)

6. Heat oil in a pan and add marinated minced meat and onions. Fry well and set aside.

7. Grease the pan

8. Pour in the prepared egg and flour soup.

9. Fry until both sides are golden brown. Serve on a plate.

10. Prepare the burritos.

11. Spread soybean paste and chili oil on the pancake according to personal taste.

12. Place the fried pork and onion on top.

13. Top with cabbage and shredded potatoes

14. Roll up and put on a plate. I fried two, the yellower one is thicker and the whiter one is thinner.

15. Then you can enjoy it~
