How to make milky flower rolls

When making the dish of milk-flavored flower rolls, you need to prepare appropriate amounts of chopped green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and chicken essence. Add appropriate amounts of vinegar to season when serving. The method of making milk-flavored flower rolls is simple and easy to learn. You only need to choose fresh ingredients.

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water and let it sit for five minutes.

3. Add milk powder into flour and mix well.

4. Add the yeast water to the flour little by little until it becomes a large cotton-like shape without any dry powder.

5. Knead the dough, cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to ferment

6. The dough will double in size and will not shrink when pressed with your fingers.

7. Open the inside and it will be honeycomb-shaped.

8. Put the dough on the dough board and knead it until it is smooth (about 20 minutes). Cut it open and make sure there are no large bubbles inside (I forgot to take a picture of this step~)

9. Roll the dough into a thin sheet about one centimeter thick and sprinkle some dry flour on it to prevent it from sticking.

10. Roll from one side into a 3 cm wide roll

11. Cut into equal pieces of about 2 cm

12. Take two doses and stack them up

13. Use chopsticks to press down from the middle to the bottom.

14. Stretch the dough a little and place the chopsticks underneath.

15. Pinch the edge of the dough

16. Rotate the chopsticks clockwise

17. Press the top tightly, remove the chopsticks, slightly reshape it, and set it aside to cover with a wet cloth for secondary fermentation for about 20 minutes.

18. When the dough becomes noticeably larger, it can be steamed. Boil water in a pot, put the steamer on, steam for 20 minutes, and then steam for 3 minutes.

19. The flower rolls with distinct layers and fragrant milk flavor are ready~
