Stir-fry a large spoonful of Lao Gan Ma black bean sauce 15. Add the pork belly and stir fry 16. Pour in carrots 17. Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry 18. Pour in dried tofu 19. Give a spoonful of soy sauce 20. Pour in green and red peppers 21. Add salt 22. Add half a teaspoon of sugar 23. Half teaspoon chicken stock 24. You can add some water and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat. See the picture. 25. Brush some oil in the dry pan and pour in the onion shreds. 26. Pour the fried dried tofu into a dry pot (a pot specially used for making dry pot dishes, with an alcohol stove). You can also use a casserole instead. Just burn it when you eat it. 27.
