How to make braised rice with fruit pulp and preserved meat

Although the food in restaurants outside tastes good, some of the seasonings added in it are not so healthy. Therefore, as long as conditions permit, it is still worth recommending to cook at home. The preparation of fruit pulp and cured meat stewed rice is simple and it tastes delicious. It is a very popular dish among people.

1. Wash the rice and soak it in clean water for about 20-30 minutes.

2. Prepare other ingredients and soak the mushrooms in water until soft.

3. Cut the fruit pulp, bacon, and softened mushrooms into pieces, and cut the green pepper into strips.

4. Heat oil over medium heat, add the pulp and bacon and stir-fry first

5. Then add mushrooms and green peppers and continue to stir-fry. Add half a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of soy sauce to season.

6. After the rice has been soaked for a sufficient amount of time, add a spoonful and a half of salt and stir it. Then pour the stir-fried ingredients into the rice, stir to mix evenly, turn on the rice cooker and let it cook like normal rice.

7. After it is done, you can prepare the cabbage heart, wash it, and blanch it in water for later use.

8. When the rice is cooked, serve it in a bowl. Add the boiled choy sum to the plate for decoration and you can serve it.
