How to make beef and chive wontons

Nowadays, people are facing increasingly fierce competition, and three meals a day have become more and more casual. They want to cook by themselves but don’t have much time. 1. Set aside beef filling

2. Wash non-vegetables and set aside

3. Buy ready-made wonton wrappers

4. Add cooking wine, oil, seafood soy sauce, salt, thirteen spices, sugar, chicken powder and sesame oil to the meat filling and mix well.

5. Chop the leek and ginger and put them into the meat filling and set aside. Stir the leek evenly when you are ready to wrap it.

6. After the beef and leek filling is mixed, start making wontons. Take a piece of skin, put a little filling in it and put one corner aside.

7. Roll up the corner where the filling is placed, making a circle and leaving the upper corner.

8. Make a circle with both corners. Prepare clean water in a small bowl. Use your fingers to apply a little water on one corner and press on the other corner to form a circle.

9. I have three ways of wrapping it, and this is one of them.

10. Boil water in a pot, add salt, seafood soy sauce, chicken powder, add water to the pot when the water boils, add cold water and bring to a boil again and serve.

11. Serve the wontons with the soup, add some white pepper and chopped coriander.
