How to make three-color steamed cake

There are many things we need to deal with in life. No matter what, we should not be too casual about eating. After all, only by eating healthily can we have a good body. The method of three-color steamed cake is very easy. The ingredients needed are not only common but also healthy. Making it by yourself can also ensure hygiene, killing two birds with one stone.

1. Prepare the ingredients first and chop the pumpkin and purple sweet potato.

2. Steam the pumpkin and purple sweet potato, then mash them into paste.

3. Add some sugar while hot and stir evenly. Set aside

4. Dissolve the yeast in water at about 30 degrees

5. Divide the flour into three parts, add pumpkin puree and yeast water to one part and knead into dough.

6. Add purple sweet potato and yeast to the second portion of flour and knead into a dough.

7. Add milk and yeast to the third portion and knead into dough.

8. After all three parts are mixed, let them ferment.

9. Let it ferment until it is twice as large.

10. Knead the dough into strips

11. Cut each strip into three large pieces.

12. Roll each dough into a round cake shape

13. Stack each piece and let it ferment for another 20 minutes.

14. After fermentation, add some grapes and red dates and steam for 30 minutes.

15. After steaming, it is done
