How to make ham flower rolls

After a busy day of work and study, it is really tiring to prepare dinner with an hungry body. The method of making ham flower rolls is simple and easy to learn. All you need is a wok. There is no need to fry, deep-fry or stew. You can enjoy the delicious taste by serving it with clear soup.

1. Add baking soda and sugar to the flour and mix well. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and pour it into the flour to knead into a dough of moderate hardness. Place it in a warm place to rise.

2. Knead the dough evenly and let it relax on the panel for 10 minutes.

3. Cut the ham into small pieces for later use

4. Roll the risen dough into a dough sheet, add a little oil, brush evenly, and sprinkle with ham and sesame seeds.

5. Roll up the dough and cut into 2-inch pieces

6. Fold the cut in half and roll it up, pinch the bottom and put it down.

7. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, brush a little oil on the steamer, put the flower rolls in and let them rise for 15 minutes, then turn on the fire. Turn off the fire 13 minutes after the water boils, and simmer for 3 minutes before boiling.
