1. Mix glutinous rice flour, flour and corn starch in a ratio of 5:1:1, add appropriate amount of white sugar (depending on personal taste, glutinous rice flour itself is a bit sweet), and knead the dough into a dough with warm water.

4. If deep-frying, pour a proper amount of vegetable oil into the pan, raise the oil temperature and put the glutinous rice balls in one by one. Turn to low heat and fry slowly until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to remove from the oil and put them on a plate. The freshly fried glutinous rice balls are soft, non-sticky, sweet and delicious.
