Pork wontons are a home-cooked dish that is very lifelike. You don’t need to prepare seasonings deliberately to make this dish. Cut some green onions and minced garlic, and beat an egg for later use. 14. Pour peanut oil into the hot pan, add chopped green onion, minced garlic and dried shrimps and stir-fry until fragrant 15. Stir a few times while putting them in to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot. 18. When the wontons become bigger and float up, pour in the egg mixture and cook for another minute before serving. 19.
