As the saying goes, food is the most important thing for people. Food plays an important role in everyone's life. If you don't eat well, your body's resistance will be easily affected and diseases may take the opportunity to come to you. The method of making homemade brown sugar steamed buns is simple and can also improve the body's resistance to disease to a certain extent. 1. Ingredients: ordinary flour, warm water, active dry yeast, brown sugar powder, vegetable oil. 2. Pour the flour into a bowl, add the dry yeast and mix well. Put the brown sugar powder into warm water and stir until it melts. Then use chopsticks to stir the flour while pouring the brown sugar water into the bowl. 3. It has become a snowflake shape 4. Start kneading with your hands for about five minutes until the dough is smooth. Then cover it with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in a warm place to ferment for one and a half to two hours. Today the room temperature was around 27 degrees, and I fermented it for two hours. 5. This is the dough that has been fermented for two hours. 6. When you break the edge of the dough, you will see many honeycombs. This is the dough that has been fermented. Another way to identify it is to poke the center of the dough with your finger. If the dough does not shrink, it has been fermented. 7. Then add appropriate amount of dry flour and knead evenly to release air. I kneaded it for about five minutes. 8. Sprinkle some dry flour on the workbench, put the dough on it, and use a rolling pin to roll it into a long thin slice. I don’t have a rolling pin, so I used a mineral water bottle, so the dough was not thin and looked ugly. 9. Roll up the rolled dough horizontally and cut it with a knife. (It’s too long, so I rolled it up for the convenience of taking pictures) 10. Start cutting the dough into small pieces of appropriate size. 11. Forgive me for dividing it into different sizes and shapes. 12. Apply an appropriate amount of vegetable oil on the steaming tray, then put the dough on it for the second fermentation. Twenty minutes is enough. (The purpose of applying oil is to make it easier to remove after steaming so that it won’t stick to the dough.) 13. This is the fermented dough. It is twice as big as before and feels very light when held in the hand. 14. Then add appropriate amount of cold water into the steamer, steam it on medium heat for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes (do not open the lid during the process, and take the lid away horizontally after steaming). The steaming process was ignored and no photos were taken. This is the first batch of steamed buns. 15. This is the second grid. The cute little brown sugar buns are out of the pot. 16. My daughters kept asking for food, so I just took a few photos because they urged me to. The little ones couldn't wait to start eating. 17. Effect Picture 1 18. Effect Picture 2 19.
