How to make carrot and purple sweet potato glutinous rice flour pancakes

Although the food in restaurants outside tastes good, some of the seasonings added in it are not so healthy. Therefore, as long as conditions permit, it is still worth recommending to cook at home. Carrot, purple sweet potato and glutinous rice flour pancakes are simple to make and taste delicious. It is a very popular dish.

1. Main material

2. Finely chop carrots and purple sweet potatoes, beat in eggs, add soy sauce, salt and glutinous rice flour and mix well.

3. Add water and chili powder and mix evenly.

4. Heat the peanut oil over high heat, then turn to low heat and start frying the pancakes.

5. Put a spoonful of oil into the hot oil pan

7. When the edges of the pancake are browned, turn it over to the other side.

15. Fry the above ingredients into 6 pieces
