How to make lean meat buns

If you often go to restaurants for convenience and end up having gastrointestinal problems or diseases, it is not worth it. For the sake of our health, we'd better learn how to make some home-cooked dishes and cook them at home. The method of making lean meat buns is simple and most people can learn it quickly.

1. Prepare flour yeast and dissolve the yeast in warm water

2. Pour the yeast water into the flour and stir

3. Knead into a smooth dough

4. Cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap for about an hour, and let it ferment to twice its size.

5. Add flour and knead into a smooth dough, then divide into small balls and let rise

6. Knead the dumplings into dough, slightly thicker in the middle

7. Chop ginger, onion and garlic and mix with lean meat, add a small amount of salt and MSG. This step can be prepared while the dough is resting.

8. Put the meat on the dough and wrap it up

9. Finally, leave it for half an hour and then steam it in cold water for ten minutes.

10. Don’t open the steamed buns immediately to prevent them from shrinking.

If you are often lazy about eating, you may pay the price in the end. Lean meat buns are simple to make, healthy and delicious.
