How to make two-color lollipop buns

A reasonable diet is the only way for us to maintain good health. Many people neglect their diet due to their busy work, which is actually not right. In fact, cooking by ourselves does not take up too much of our time. The method of making two-color lollipop steamed buns is easy and it is easy to learn even without any basic knowledge.

1. Peel the pumpkin and purple sweet potato, slice them, steam them, let them cool and blend them into a paste.

2. Mix flour, purple potato puree, salt, yeast and sugar and knead into dough

3. Mix flour with pumpkin, sugar, salt and yeast (pumpkin has more water, so drain some water) and knead into dough

4. Put it in warm water and ferment until it becomes honeycomb-like

5. Take out the dough and knead it again to expel the air and knead it into a smooth dough.

6. Take a small amount of dough from each color and roll it into 1cm thin noodles. Braid two noodles together as you like, then roll them up, close the top downwards, and set aside to rise for about 20 minutes.

7. Steam for 20 minutes after the water is boiled. Remove from the heat after 5 minutes. Insert bamboo sticks (I use household chopsticks) at the seam.
