How to make white radish pork pie

1. Peel the white radish, wash it and grate it into shreds.

4. Chop the pork into stuffing.

5. Heat peanut oil in a wok, add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Add shredded white radish into the meat filling.

13. Add stuffing and wrap into large dumpling shapes.

14. Heat the upper and lower plates of the electric baking pan. Preheat for two minutes. Apply a little oil on the lower plate of the baking pan, put the pie in, and cover the upper plate of the baking pan.

15. After about two minutes, the heating lamp will go out. Open the lid, turn the pie over, cover the pan with the lid, and put it on a plate. After about two or three minutes, the heating lamp will go out and the pie will be cooked.

16. After frying, pick them out and continue frying the next batch.

17. Arrange the dish and you can start eating.
