How to make cat omelette rice

1. Wash the rice, add appropriate amount of water, a few drops of vinegar and a few drops of sesame oil, and steam it in a pot (the amount of water should just not reach the base of your finger), then open the lid and let it cool for later use.

3. Defrost the ham and chop it into small pieces. Defrost the sweet corn and set aside.

4. Heat the pan with cold oil, keep the heat at medium-low, add the ham and fry until the surface is golden and crispy, sprinkle with cumin powder and salt for seasoning (friends who like spicy food can add some chili powder), stir well.

5. Add the cooled rice and stir fry evenly. Add the sweet corn when it is almost ready.

6. Stir-fry for another minute and set aside

7. Two eggs, add a little salt, pepper, about 15ml of water, and starch and mix well

8. Leave a little oil in the pan, turn the pan, heat it over low heat, pour in the egg liquid, and spread it into an omelet

9. When the surface of the egg liquid is slightly solidified, spread a layer of fried rice on it.

10. Here comes the point: lift the pot handle and flip the pot

11. Toss it a few more times to let the pancake turn over.

12. Remove from the pan, let the surface melt for a few times and release steam

13. Cut some shredded lettuce as the base and decorate with ketchup

14. Let’s eat
