Panda bean buns are a home-cooked dish that is very life-like. You don’t need to prepare seasonings deliberately to make this dish. Just the basic salt, MSG, soy sauce and vinegar at home can make a delicate dish. The soup of this dish looks even more delicious and makes people drool. 1. Add yeast to water in a bowl and stir until the yeast dissolves. 2. Put sugar and flour into a bowl and stir well. Slowly add the yeast water and stir with chopsticks into snowflake shape. 3. Knead the flour into a smooth dough. Ferment at room temperature 28 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour. 4. When the dough has fermented to twice its original volume, dip your finger in flour and poke it into the dough. If the hole does not shrink, it means it has been fermented. 5. Degas the fermented dough and divide it into 8 equal portions. Put cocoa powder in a bowl, add a portion of dough and knead it into cocoa dough. 6. Use a rolling pin to roll the cocoa dough into a thin sheet. Use a small piping nozzle with a large round hole to press out 14 circles to make the panda's eyes. 7. Remove the excess cocoa dough. Use the small round hole of a piping nozzle to press out the pupils of the panda's eyes. Leave 7 small discs to make the panda’s mouth. 8. Knead the excess cocoa dough into long strips and divide it into 14 equal portions. 9. Take 1 portion of white dough, knead it evenly, and shape it into a round shape with your hands. 10. Squeeze in an appropriate amount of red bean paste. 11. Pinch the seam tightly, with the seam facing downwards, and roll it into a round shape. 12. Take two portions of cocoa dough, put them together and make the panda’s ears. Dip the panda's ears, eyes and mouth in a little water and stick them on the white dough. A raw panda bean bun is ready! 13. Make 7 little pandas one by one, put wax paper on the bottom of the steamer, put in the raw panda tofu, and let it stand for 15 minutes for secondary fermentation. 14. Put the pot in cold water, cover and steam for 20 minutes. 15. When the time is up, turn off the heat and wait for 5 to 10 minutes before opening the lid. 16. Take out the steamed panda bean buns and place them on a plate. Cute red panda! Panda bean buns are an easy dish to make. People who work overtime for a long time and have no time to cook can try making this dish. It only requires simple steaming and adding seasonings that suit your taste before serving. |
