How to make braised pork ribs with bean curd and soybeans

1. Soak the bean curd sheets and soybeans in water for about half a day, wash them and drain them.

2. Cut the ribs into small pieces, rinse them, pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil, throw the ribs in to remove the blood, take them out, drain the water, and put them on a plate for later use.

3. Prepare the following ingredients. Dice ginger and red pepper, wash star anise, cinnamon and Sichuan peppercorns and set aside.

4. Put a little oil in the pot and bring it to a boil. Add the ribs, ginger, and red pepper, stir-fry, and add a little soy sauce.

5. Add enough water to cover the ribs, bring to a boil over high heat then turn to low heat, throw cinnamon, star anise, peppercorns and soybeans into the pot, cover the pot and simmer for about 30 minutes.

6. When there is a little soup left, throw the bean curd sheets in and stir-fry together. Add a little salt and soy sauce, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
