How to make five-spice sesame flour crispy cookies

1. Take out the flour, add Angel yeast powder, and add cold water to knead the dough. After the dough is kneaded, start to rise. I kneaded the dough at 8:30 in the morning and it was ready at 11 noon.

2. Take out a piece of fermented dough, roll it into a thin layer on the chopping board with a rolling pin, then spread oil, salt and five-spice powder on it.

3. Then fold it like this.

4. Roll it out again and put some sesame seeds on it.

5. Add a little oil to the electric baking pan, put the pancake in the pan and fry until both sides are golden brown.

6. Take the fragrant and crispy pancake out of the pan, cut it and place it on a plate.
