9.21 Then add appropriate amount of boiling water and turn to medium heat;

10. When the soup is about to boil, roll the meat filling into meatballs of appropriate size and put them into the pot one by one;

11. Keep the heat at medium and cook until the meatballs float up. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through. Remove from the heat and set aside.

12. Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar to the soup and bring to a boil over high heat;

13. Add the cabbage leaves and bring to a boil again;

14. Take out the cabbage leaves and place them at the bottom of the container;

15. Place meatballs on the cabbage;

16. Pour the soup on top and sprinkle some coriander leaves to enhance the flavor, and you’re done!
