1. The red bean paste you bought is too thick, pour in a little warm water to dilute it

2. Pour the flour into a large bowl and dig out a concave shape; add 3 grams of yeast, slowly pour in red bean paste, and stir with chopsticks into snowflake shape; knead into dough; cover with a lid and wait for it to ferment.

3. Ferment until it is twice as large and has a honeycomb shape.

4. Take out the fermented dough and continue to knead it vigorously for 3-5 minutes to exhaust the air; then roll it into a long cylinder and cut it into steamed buns, and pad it with corn husks; steam it in a pot with cold water, steam it for 13 minutes after the water boils, and simmer it for about 2 minutes before serving.
