How to make grilled vegetables

Grilled vegetable skewers are a common home-cooked dish, and it is very easy to make. No frying is required, just simple stir-frying will make a delicious dish. The meal would be even more delicious if served with a soup.

1. Wash the beef and soak it in clean water for two hours.

2. Cut the soaked beef into small pieces about 2cm long and wide, and cut the garlic into thin slices. Prepare the sauce (one tablespoon of oyster sauce, two tablespoons of barbecue sauce, half a tablespoon of white vinegar, half a tablespoon of cooking wine, and two teaspoons of salt.)

3. Pour in all the sauce, add two spoons of barbecue seasoning, mix well, and marinate for two hours.

4. Wash the vegetables, cut them into small pieces of similar size, mix them with the marinated meat, and marinate for ten minutes.

5. Thread the vegetables and meat alternately.

6. Place the skewers on a baking tray lined with tin foil and bake at 210 degrees for 25 minutes.

7. After baking, brush with barbecue sauce and sprinkle with barbecue seasoning.

Not only is it easy to eat unhealthy food when eating out, it is also easy to eat too much. Vegetable grilled skewers are simple to make and it is a good idea to make them at home.
