How to make mushroom and chicken noodle soup

1. Prepare the soaked and cleaned mushrooms, chop the onions, ginger and garlic and set aside

2. Prepare seasonings and eggs

3. Tear the chicken breast by hand and set aside

4. Put a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the onion, ginger and minced garlic after the oil is hot.

5. Add the shredded mushrooms

6. Stir-fry evenly and add a little soy sauce

7. After boiling, pour the mushrooms and shredded chicken from the stir-fry into the soup pot.

8. Put the chicken soup into the pot on another stove and boil it.

9. Bring to a boil and cook for about five minutes, then remove the foam.

10. Pour the pre-soaked starch into the pot to thicken, and stir evenly with a spoon while adding the starch.

11. Turn to medium heat when the sauce is thick.

12. Pour the beaten egg liquid on the surface. Turn off the heat when the egg liquid becomes egg slices.

13. Use a spoon to gently push it from the bottom and mix it evenly.

14. Put it into a bowl and pour the hot sesame oil and pepper oil on it.

15. Let the dough rest for half an hour, then roll it into a ball and use a rolling pin to make it thin.

16. Put a layer of fine cornmeal and cut into strips

17. Cut the noodles and cook them

18. After cooking, pour the sauce and cucumber shreds on it to enjoy the delicious taste
