How to make tomato and egg custard

Cooking is not a difficult thing. As long as you learn how to make this tomato and egg custard, you can easily conquer your family's taste buds. 1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Place the tomatoes in a bowl and soak them in boiling water for three minutes until the skin at the bottom of the tomatoes cracks.

3. Peel off the skin and remove the persimmon pedicle.

4. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes with a knife and set aside.

5. Beat two eggs in a bowl.

6. Break up the chopsticks.

7. Use a small bowl to mix corn starch and water and set aside.

8. Heat oil in a pan.

9. Pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry over high heat, crushing them with a spoon.

10. Fry the tomatoes until cooked and mash them into a paste. If you are slow, you can turn to medium or low heat during the mashing process. Don't fry them until they are dry or burnt.

11. Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat.

12. After boiling over high heat for 3 minutes, season with appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder, then pour in appropriate amount of water starch slowly while stirring.

13. When the tomato soup reaches the right consistency, pour in the egg liquid little by little, pushing and pouring. After pouring, stir well and turn off the heat.

14. Pour it into a bowl. It looks beautiful, right?

15. Garnish with some green plants and the delicious tomato and egg custard is ready. It is really delicious.
