How to make steamed pork ribs with vermicelli and garlic sauce

1. Prepare all ingredients: spareribs, garlic, vermicelli.

2. Wash the ribs and drain them. Add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce and corn starch. Put on disposable gloves and grab them evenly. Marinate for more than an hour.

3. Put the vermicelli in the boiling hot pot and blanch it until it is slightly softened, then take it out.

4. Place in a basket with holes to drain.

5. Place the drained vermicelli on a plate and sprinkle some minced garlic on it.

7. Finally, put it in the steamer, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and steam for 40 minutes, then turn off the heat.
