How to catch money claws

How to catch money claws

Cooking seems complicated, but in fact, once you learn it, everything will become very simple. What's more, many dishes are simple in themselves. As long as you spend some time and energy to learn, you can quickly let yourself and your family taste delicious food. For example, money claws are simple to make and taste very good.

1. Wash the chicken feet and soak them in water for at least 1 hour, changing the water at least three times.

2. Prepare pickled peppers and chili peppers as shown in the picture (it is best not to buy bottled pickled peppers, as they are small in quantity and have little water)

3. Remove the nails from the chicken feet as shown and divide them into three parts. At the same time, prepare the green onions, ginger, peppercorns and star anise for later use.

4. Put the cut chicken feet into cold water, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and a little salt, boil and skim off the foam

5. After skimming off the foam, add seasoning and cook over medium-low heat for about 8 to 10 minutes.

6. Test with chopsticks as shown in the picture. If you can penetrate the chicken feet, it is cooked.

7. Take out the cooked chicken feet, rinse them with running water for two minutes, and then soak them in cold water as shown in the picture. Change the water as many times as possible to make the chicken feet white in color and have a chewy and elastic texture (in summer, you can prepare some iced water for soaking in advance)

8. Take out the chicken feet and drain the water

9. Pour the pickled peppers and millet peppers from step 2 into a larger container and add a little white vinegar and a little salt and mix well. (I used pickled pepper water so I only added a little salt. If you need to add boiled water, you need to add some salt appropriately.)

10. Put the drained chicken feet into the pickled pepper water and stir evenly with chopsticks. The pickled pepper water must not cover the chicken feet. I just used up a bag of pickled peppers, so I put it in a sealable fresh-keeping box or container.

11. Put the soaked chicken feet in a fresh-keeping box, cover it and put it in the refrigerator. It can be eaten after 24 hours, but it is best to soak it for three days so that it will be more flavorful and spicy and you can't stop eating it, haha!

12. The finished product of pickled pepper chicken feet. The chicken feet taste slightly spicy on the second day.

A simple home-cooked dish only takes a dozen minutes to make. Money claws is easy to learn and make. Just prepare the necessary ingredients and you can make a delicious dish.
