The noodle shreds will absorb moisture and it will not be easy to form flower shapes. Mine didn't form flower shapes because I left them out for a little too long before frying.

6. Fry over low heat until golden brown. Fry slowly over low heat. The banana flavor will come out after being exposed to high temperature, which is fragrant, sweet and sticky. Be gentle when frying and don't break the threads, as this will affect the shape.
