How to make crispy brown sugar cookies

1. Let the dough rise. I use Angel because I have a baby at home. When I am in a hurry to let the dough rise, I use warm water to dissolve the Angel, and then knead the dough. If you are in a hurry, heat some water in the pot, and then put the basin in it. Half an hour, it will basically rise. When it rises to twice its size, it is ready.
