3. Melt the chicken oil, add salt, pepper powder and flour and mix well to make dough.

4. Add water to the pot and turn on the fire. After the water boils, add the broccoli and blanch it. Set aside.

5. Start making pancakes. Divide the dough into balls of about 140 grams in size. Roll out the dough, apply oil on it, and then roll it into pancakes. Heat the pan and add oil. Put the rolled pancakes into the pan. Be careful not to use too high a heat (low heat). Cover and bake slowly.

6. After the pancakes are baked, stir-fry the mutton. I put the marinated meat and vegetables into the pan and stir-fry until there is no soup in the pan. Then add cumin powder and turn off the heat and serve. Put the blanched broccoli at the bottom of the plate and the fried lamb on top.

7. Cut the cake in half and serve.
