1. Sieve the corn flour and pour it into the bowl

2. Sieve the soybean powder and pour it into the basin

3. Add sugar and baking powder to the bowl and mix the ingredients evenly.

4. Slowly add warm water into the basin and mix with the powder

5. Knead into a fine and elastic dough, cover with plastic wrap, and relax for 30 minutes

6. Roll the dough into long strips

7. Divide into small pieces of about 30 grams each

8. Roll the small dough into a ball, rub your thumb into the middle of the dough, keep turning and shaping it into a hollow cone

9. Put steamer paper on the bamboo steamer and evenly place the steamed bread in the steamer.

10. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot. When the steam comes up, put the steamer on top, then put the bamboo steamer on top, and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
