1. Chop green onion and ginger, and chop cowpea and chili. Dilute the meat filling with cooking wine;

[Additional recipe] Cowpea and Water Spinach Soup: 200g cowpea (young pods), 250g water spinach, add water and boil them into soup. It can also be eaten with cooking oil, salt, etc.
